Passive candidate search through ads has been increasingly unsuccessful for years. The interesting candidates must be actively identified, and purposefully approached to inspire them to change. Therefore, every recruitment effort is newly set up as direct search project: Target company list, identification, first contact, interviews - that's how we find the best candidates.
We use our “PURE” diagnostic concept for the perfect profile job match. The result is the degree of correspondence between the candidate profile of our clients and the profiles of the candidates. We intensively examine the candidates' documents and use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools: Psychometric Profiling and cultural due diligence, complemented by personally collected references using a professional questionnaire. The focus of the candidate evaluation is on leadership and management skills, value systems, and operational as well as strategic excellence.
All accepted contracts are fulfilled: Over 90 % within the agreed time of 6-8 weeks - for the remaining almost 10 % applies: we are looking for until the position is filled! Active departures of our recruited candidates within the probationary period are infrequent. It is then quite clear that we repeat the search once without requesting another fee. Of course, the employees of our clients are protected with our don't-touch guarantee!
Our fee is two-thirds success-based! When commissioned by our clients, we charge a deposit, which initiates the search. A second installment is only due when we present the audited and most suitable candidates in the shortlist. The last installment is due after an employment contract is signed.

Why is DELTACON’s direct approach to candidates more successful and sustainable than corporate recruiting in the social media environment?
Through our in-depth industry know-how, we have access to nearly 100% of the target company and full candidate pool, meaning we are looking for places where others have little or no access to search. The empirical values show that advertisements reach a maximum of 20% of the relevant candidates. More than 80% of all candidates must be actively identified and targeted in order to get them excited about switching. Also, the response rates in the social media platforms are on average only 40% for the relevant candidates, which means that 60% of the potential TOP candidates are not reached. Therefore, every recruiting in the direct search approach is individually "set up": target company list, candidate idents, first speeches, interviews - so we find the best and really suitable candidates.
What do we understand by psychometric profiling? We create a psychometric requirement profile tailored to your vacancy and corporate culture and match this with the profile of the candidates. The result does not measure well or badly but fits or does not fit and is based on scientifically developed tools and methods. Your essential benefit includes securing key personnel decisions, reducing the risk of miscarriage, avoiding follow-up costs by low performers or staff turnover, identifying the top performers and assessing the cultural fit - both in the team and in the overall organization.
How does DELTACON ensure the ideal fit as well as the cultural fit of a candidate to the corporate culture?
The company, group and personal value systems are used to determine the value systems or the respective value levels of the candidate and the company. Also in the Cultural Fit complementary and sublementary features are included in the consideration. We also ensure an ideal cultural fit by creating a psychometric strength profile. In this, the professional interests, his passion and motivation are made transparent and evaluated by comparing the target profile with the actual profile.
