Klaus Mayerhanser is a founding partner and Managing Director of DELTACON Executive Search. With his team, he is responsible for the telecommunications, information technology and consumer electronics sectors and heads our office in Munich. In addition to his Executive Search Consulting activities, he has ten years of operational management experience in sales and marketing functions within the ICT industry.

Klaus Mayerhanser is Managing Director of DELTACON Executive Search and heads the Munich office. With his Competence Center, he supports companies in the telecommunications, information technology and consumer electronics sectors with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland in successfully filling management positions and technical specialists. He has many years of operational industry expertise as a sales and marketing manager in the telecommunications and IT sectors. In 2010, he switched to the Executive Search Consulting side and has since very successfully filled numerous vacancies in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, product management or human resources. He knows the products, markets and competitors of his clients and is therefore able to deliver a high quality shortlist very quickly via the classic direct search as well as his excellent network.
