The Frankfurt office of DELTACON Executive Search is the German base of the Financial Services Competence Centre and is headed by Managing Partner Edin Karabeg. From Frankfurt, we support banks, insurance companies, asset managers, payment service providers and fintechs in filling demanding executive and key positions – in the German market, across the DACH region and at internationally oriented institutions.

Edin Karabeg is Managing Partner at DELTACON Executive Search and, as Head of the Financial Services Competence Centre, is responsible for the group’s FS mandates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Frankfurt office is his base in Germany. Every assignment is managed personally – from clarifying the brief through to direct approach and the presentation of the shortlist. Short decision-making processes and a deliberately streamlined portfolio of assignments are a matter of policy, not coincidence.

Edin Karabeg has more than twenty years’ experience in leadership roles at European financial institutions, including as CEO of several European banks and in senior positions in risk management and investment banking. In these roles, he has personally led transformation programmes, developed digital business models and recruited key personnel for his organisations.
