Why is DELTACON’s direct approach to candidates more successful and sustainable than corporate recruiting in the social media environment?

Through our in-depth industry know-how, we have access to nearly 100% of the target company and full candidate pool, meaning we are looking for places where others have little or no access to search. The empirical values ​​show that advertisements reach a maximum of 20% of the relevant candidates. More than 80% of all candidates must be actively identified and targeted in order to get them excited about switching. Also, the response rates in the social media platforms are on average only 40% for the relevant candidates, which means that 60% of the potential TOP candidates are not reached.
