• You use your network and your expertise to build a customer base and establish yourselve as Personel Consultant
• Of particular importance is the support of your customers regarding their HR strategy and its efficient implementation
• You look after exclusive search mandates from the definition of the position description over the identification, address, interviews, assessment up to the presentation of the shortlist

Your skills:

• You have many years of industry experience in management positions - ideally in sales and / or marketing
• You are a "doer", you think entrepreneurially and have a reliable network
