Main duties:
- Control and manage the distribution of tasks, costs and resources, take care of the reporting required and manage all administrative tasks for the unit’s activities.
- Continuously develop new and sustainable business and coordinate sales and project actions in cooperation with the Pan-European organisation.
- Actively support your business partners, achieve an optimum level of satisfaction as a basis for growth.
- Create and develop a long-term business plan and lead and develop your team.
Experiences / Skills / Personality / Education:
- Good technical knowledge and/or good industrial experience in the field of specialty chemicals.
- Proven experience of business management as well as working in an international multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills associated with the ability to quickly build relationships to people.
- High implementation strength also in an international context, in cooperation with customers and suppliers as well as internally.
- High customer and service orientation combined with a high level of resilience, decision-making ability, problem-solving expertise, initiative and commitment.
- Your profile is rounded off with high persuasiveness and diplomatic skills, strong networking skills and leadership qualities.
- You are an entrepreneurial, hands-on and analytical personality, with out-of-the-box thinking abilities.
- University degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Business-fluent English and German, further languages are advantageous.
