Associate Director Global Brand (m/f/d)

Tasks / Main Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational brand guidance.
• Drive the business, launch, and performance review processes within the company and with all stakeholders and external business partners.
• Identify and drive opportunities to maximize the commercial success of partnerships, with a focus on the markets in China and the US.
• Lead and manage an active Life-Cycle Management process for the brand.
• Demonstrate excellence in internal cross-functional teamwork to ensure alignment on key priorities and goals for each partner.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal functions, ensuring clear responsibilities and accountabilities across the organization.
• Enforce a culture of compliance and maintain appropriate quality standards across the organization and with external partners.
• Apply standard approaches across partnerships to avoid duplication, maximize efficiency, and support internal understanding wherever possible.

Experiences / Skills / Personality / Education:

• BSc / MSc in Economics, Business Administration, or Scientific degree in Natural Sciences
• Focus on Marketing, Commercialization, and Brand Management
• (E-)MBA or PhD is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry, commercial, marketing experience, in the field of infectious diseases in global (US, China, Europe) and regional headquarters
• Fluency in German and English.
