Why does DELTACON use psychometric testing?

An Assessment Center or Personality Test is a psychological test to collect personality traits that can be used to test the suitability of candidates for a job or to fit in with a company. Most often, these methods are used by recruitment consultants to determine the leadership or suitability of a candidate for distribution. Furthermore, one can determine the extent to which a candidate fits into the organization of the client and their corporate culture.
