Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L ownership for the strategic and operational leadership of the business
• Driving revenue growth, margin improvement and sustainable profitability
• Ensuring operational excellence across all locations and functions
• Standardising and scaling processes along the end-to-end value chain
• Further developing operations, supply chain and the overall operating model
• Leading and executing the company’s expansion strategy (new locations / markets)
• Building, leading and developing a high-performing leadership team and robust governance structures

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a CEO / Managing Director or comparable senior leadership role
• Strong track record in scaling multi-site or multi-unit business models
• Deep expertise in operations, supply chain, production or store operations
• Industry background in foodservice, QSR, retail or comparable environments
• Strong understanding of unit economics, KPI-driven performance management and cost structures
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in building high-performing teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills, sound judgement and a clear sense of ownership
