Global Technical Director (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Full accountability for global production performance across multiple sites
• Driving improvements in OEE, productivity, and asset availability
• Reducing cost per unit with direct impact on EBIT/EBITDA
• Establishing and scaling Operational Excellence (Lean, TPM, Continuous Improvement)
• Leading international transformation and automation programs
• Ownership of CAPEX planning and execution, including ROI accountability
• Harmonizing processes, standards, and KPI systems across sites
• Close collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, and Executive Management

The ideal profile:

• Proven leadership experience in Operations / Engineering within Food or FMCG
• Strong track record in international, multi-site manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated success in performance improvement and transformation programs
• Deep expertise in Lean, TPM, and KPI-driven management (e.g., OEE)
• Strong business acumen with clear EBIT orientation
• Assertive, pragmatic, and results-driven leadership style
• Fluent in German and English
