Thomas Wild is Managing Director of DELTACON Koblenz GmbH - Executive Search & Recruiting - and heads the Koblenz office. With his Competence Center, he supports companies in the Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering and Industrial Valves sectors, primarily in the DACH region, in successfully filling management positions. The products of the companies are used in the production of a wide variety of industries, such as automotive, chemical, semiconductor, solar, O&G downstream, food & beverage, mining, marine, power generation, water & wastewater, or paper & bulk.

With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, he understands the needs of his clients as well as the requirements for their specialists and executives and also knows the market competitors and their products. Track record:

Prior to DELTACON, he most recently served as Managing Director & Platform Leader of two SMEs in Germany and France, which belong to an American corporation. Prior to that, he worked for various listed American groups in the automotive supply industry, each with tens of thousands of employees and several billion euros in sales, predominantly in management positions. He can draw on in-depth expertise and intercultural competence in the entire spectrum of corporate management, global product and business development, as well as product, marketing, sales, key account and change management. As a supervisor, he has always attached great importance to encouragement the professional and personal development of his employees. Based on an apprenticeship as a technical draftsman, he studied mechanical engineering with a degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ing. (FH)) at the University of Applied Sciences Rhineland-Palatinate, Dept. Koblenz. From 2016 to 2018, he also successfully completed a part-time Executive MBA program at the Kellogg School of Management | Northwestern University in Evanston/USA, and the WHU - Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar/Germany.
