For our client, a global market leader specializing in resilient flooring solutions, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, we are currently seeking a

Country Manager & Sales Director (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for business operations in Switzerland, including P&L management, EBITDA performance, and leadership.
Lead and develop a sales team of approximately 13 members.
Develop and implement a sustainable business strategy with clear growth and profitability targets.
Actively engage in key account management and project business development.
Build and expand strategic partnerships in the Swiss market.
Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
Foster a positive corporate culture and encourage strong teamwork and employee engagement.

Experience & Skills:

A completed degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification, with substantial professional experience.
Extensive industry knowledge of the Swiss construction sector, with a focus on project and object business.
Several years of experience in sales management or a sales-oriented business leadership role.
Proven expertise in strategic sales management and a strong affinity for numbers.
A well-established network with architects and tendering authorities in Switzerland.
High proficiency in German, English, and French.
Strong willingness to travel and flexibility in the role.
